Welcome to RAVEN. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RAVEN website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, placing an order, or purchasing products from RAVEN, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will process the applicable refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe communicated on the Website or at checkout.

Estimated delivery dates or timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays, logistical disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to our applicable Return & Refund Policy and the rights available to consumers under Indian law.

The eligibility period, condition requirements, exclusions, return procedure, exchange availability, and refund method will be described in the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Where a product is defective, deficient, materially different from what was advertised or agreed upon, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection requirements, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.
